Jemsoft is constantly expanding its real estate investment portfolio. We started out in the hospitality business, moved on to several construction projects and are preparing now a project to develop and market a unique resort. We are open to investment in ideas and opportunities, which will be directed and managed by our dedicated team.
We are featuring a 2 bedroom villa in the south of Phuket in Nai Harn. The villa is in a rental program and an investment that provides us both, pleasure and income and enjoys excellent reviews from our valued visitors.

Under consideration by us is the acquisition of a small Boutique hotel in Nai Harn Phuket. We cannot disclose the object yet.
Jemsoft acquired a shop house lot in NewCoast Boracay, with an expected turnover to us in 2016. This investment gives us the opportunity to either develop our own business there, partner up with interesting concepts or simply sell the lot.
